Motor freight service for San Juan County is provided primarily by Milne, ARN, Lyman Truck Lines, and United Parcel Service. Federal Express delivers to, but does not ship from, parts of San Juan County. Nearly all of these companies have terminals based in southeastern Utah.

Other freight service is via UW Freight, Park City Truck Lines, and Clearwater, all of which are based in Salt Lake City. As noted above, US 191 and US 666 provide major truck access to and through the county. All major truck lines travel that route.
